Lyndsay A. Richter brings over twenty years of professional experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design for local government, non-profits, and higher education institutions. Before assuming the role of divisional director in 2018, she served as marketing director for various UNC Charlotte Student Affairs departments over nine years, providing leadership to a growing team of full-time staff, a graduate assistant, and student employees.
Prior to her arrival at UNC Charlotte, Lyndsay worked in marketing, design, and public art administration with the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS); as communications manager for the Association of Performing Arts Presenters in Washington, DC; and as marketing manager for the Carolina Union at UNC-CH. Lyndsay holds a B.A. in Journalism (UNC-CH) and M.A. in Arts Administration (UNC Charlotte). She completed a second master's degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from the UNC Charlotte School of Data Science in 2020.
