Jesse earned her Bachelor of Science in Data Science in May 2024. In her first-year, Jesse co-founded two organizations; the Charlotte Climbing Club, where she served as Vice President, and the Charlotte Cinemaholics, where she was the co-President. Jesse is a sister of Chi Omega Fraternity and held multiple leadership roles, and was notably the chapter President from 2021-2022. Jesse was a Levine Scholar, a graduate of the Emerging Leaders program, was the Student Homecoming Chair for the Niner 9, and had been a VOLT Intern with Venture Outdoor Leadership. Perhaps most impressive, Jesse is the founder and was the Student Director of Niners Against Violence, a collaborative initiative with the Center for Wellness Promotion designed to educate students about interpersonal violence.
